An on-again-off-again practitioner over the last 15 years, I truly found my practice in 2012. A snowboarding accident left me with a painful herniated disk and turned my high-intensity workouts into nothing but a memory.
What started as a simple method to keep me active and stave off depression as I healed my body, steadily snowballed into a passion. In 2016, I completed a 200 hour training program at Sacred Sounds and have been teaching every since. I continue to be inspired by many teachers, and have since completed several additional trainings including an Advanced Mentorship with Nathan Lowry of Yoga Vida, Relax and Renew Restorative with Judith Lasater and Yoga Nidra with Mona Anand of ISHTA Yoga.
Having experienced the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness can have on life, it is my mission to help bring that same experience into your life.

After spending nearly a decade as a government and non-profit finance executive, I’d reached a breaking point. I was uninspired by my work, exhausted by the breakneck pace of New York City, and anxious from trying to balance work, social and home life. My health and happiness suffered as a result.
Deciding to stop the cycle and take control of my wellness, I shifted gears. I began using my non-working hours to educate myself on proper nutrition, practiced cooking healthy meals at home, and incorporated more yoga and meditation practices into my daily life.
I started feeling better and thinking more clearly. I had more energy and harmony in my life. And most importantly, I was happier. I knew I was on to something, and what started as an interest, grew into a passion. At that point, I knew I was ready for a career change.
Now, as a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Yoga instructor, I am determined to use my experience and knowledge to help my clients use the most effective methods to create their own life of health and happiness.
I am certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied practical coaching methods, realistic lifestyle management techniques and a variety of different dietary theories from the world’s most renowned wellness experts - including Paleo, Atkins, Ayurveda, raw, vegan and many more.
My education has equipped me with comprehensive , innovative expertise in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. With my knowledge and your desire to bring about positive change, we will co-create a personalized action plan with your goals in mind that allows you to live a happier and healthier life. We’ll work together to find the positive lifestyle changes that fit your unique desires.
As your coach, I will support and guide you as we find your individual health-promoting habits that will produce real and lasting changes. Together, we’ll move towards your ideal vision while improving your health, energy and most importantly happiness.
