As your health coach, it is my mission to create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate your goals and get in touch with your body’s needs as you embark on a wellness journey. I practice a holistic approach to health, which means I look at how all the areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does a lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Do cravings rule your life? Are you actually self-sabotaging your own success?
As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole in order to find the best routines and rituals so you can find that balance you need. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance.
Many approaches to healthy eating create lists of restrictions and good and bad foods. As your coach, I will not dictate a diet for you. Together we will explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. I coach my clients to implement realistic changes by exploring balanced and gradual improvements during our work together. As one healthy change leads, to another, my clients find they build a strong foundation to lead a healthier and happier life over the long term.
